Refractory Heaters

Finned heaters are ideal for fast heat disipation as in convection heating, process ovens, and dryers. A double channel sheath provides rigid unit resisting warpage. The sheath is make with rust-resisting iron for temperatures not exceeding 750 deg. F and chrome steel for temperatures up to 1200 deg. F. Each heater consists of coiled nickel-chromium wire, properly centered and imbedded in a special ceramic formula refractory material which insures good insulation and rapid transfer of heat.  For more information, click here

Circulation Heaters

Circulation heaters have been designed primarily for high power outputs combined with high pressure requirements. The compactness, high efficiency, ease of control and installation allow wide application at relatively low cost. All units are constructed using reliable hairpin tubular elements welded or brazed to a standard pipeflange for easy removal from the vessel. Coper sheathed elements are used for water applications up to 350 deg F maximum sheath temperature. Steel elements are used for oil applications not corrosive to 300 series stainless steel up to 1000 deg. F. Maximum sheath temperatures of 1600 deg F. can be obtained using incoloy elements and a stainless steel pipe body. The vessel is a standard schedule 40 pipe body of welded construction with inlet and outlet connections and sediment drain. For more information, click here

Iron Ductile Band Heaters

With aluminum, surface temperatures must be limited to 650 degrees F. The Ductile Iron Band heater can develop surface temperatures of 1,100 degrees F and higher. At these higher temperature ranges the heat conforms to the surface being heated and provides an even better heat transfer. The Ductile Iron Band heater operates at a higher watt density input that comparable heaters with aluminum bodies. For more information, click here

Kamlrok Heaters

The primary application of ring & disc heaters is the heating of flat surfaces: tank bottoms, melting pots, hot plates, platens, dies, molds, coffee urns, vacuum formers, oil vacuum pumps (diffusion pumps), incubators, vulcanizers, ovens, and resistive load banks.  Heater reliability is assured by high quality nickle-chromium resistance wire, which is embedded in a special ceramic formula developed for long life with excellent heat conductivity. This refactory insulation is compressed and then cured in high temperature ovens to insure maximum quality. For more information, click here
