Switches

Mercury-based relays, tilt and tip-over switches, specialty switches and non-mercury-based ball switches are available.
Standard solenoid-operated relays are used with engine starting, diesel pre-heating, and intermittent duty power relay applications. The compact, space-saving design can be mounted in obscure locations, shortening cable lengths, reducing cost and increasing system performance. The light weight reduces mounting and vibration problems, and the lower ampere draw to coil improves system efficiency and reduces energy requirements.

 Automotive Sensors

Highly engineered custom sensors for automotive, heavy truck, and off-highway applications are now available.  Some core competencies of magnetics, sealing, packaging and electronic design are used to produce custom sensors. Design engineers configure magnetic transducers and hermetic sealing technologies into sensors suitable for the most rigorous environments, where speed, timing, rotation, or position must be monitored.  Testing facilities are utilized for concept evaluation, design and product validation, and continuous conformance testing.
